Der HfH Cup, genauer gesagt der Hockey for Hope Benefiz-Cup ist der Grund warum es Hockey for Hope überhaupt gibt. Mit ihm, damals noch unter dem Hut der Kaufbeurer Initiative e. V., ging es 2017 los und noch im gleichen Jahr entstand hieraus der gemeinnützige Verein Hockey for Hope.
Der HfH Cup findet alljährlich, mit einer Pandemiepause, in der energie schwaben arena Kaufbeuren statt. Das Teilnehmerfeld besteht aus 16 internationalen Mannschaften, vom Hobby- bis zum Eishockey-Nationalspieler. Gerade dies macht den Reiz des Turniers aus.
Im Vordergrund des Turniers stehen nicht die Ergebnisse sondern der Spaß und der Charity-Gedanke, bedürftigen Kindern und Jugendlichen zu helfen.

The HfH Cup, or more precisely the Hockey for Hope Benefit Cup, is the reason why Hockey for Hope exists in the first place. It started in 2017 under the umbrella of the Kaufbeurer Initiative e. V., and in the same year the non-profit association Hockey for Hope was founded.
The HfH Cup takes place annually, with a pandemic break, in the energie schwaben arena in Kaufbeuren. The field of participants consists of 16 international teams, from hobby players to national ice hockey players. This is precisely what makes the tournament so attractive.
The focus of the tournament is not on results but on fun and the charity idea of helping needy children and young people.
